She founded her company, PRISM Global Management Group, LLC in 2003. Her company provides outsourced human resource solutions for small to mid-size businesses with an international client base.
Mary Beth has taught at UNLV, University of Phoenix and Roseman University. She was appointed by Governor Sandoval and served on the Board of Directors for the Nevada Workforce Investment Board. In 2007, she was awarded the Woman in Business Champion award by the United States Small Business Administration. In 2010-2011; she assumed responsibility as State Council Director for the Society of Human Resource Management, having previously served as President of the Southern Nevada Human Resource Association. In 2010, In Business awarded her the Entrepreneur Award. In 2011, the National Association of Women Business Owners awarded her the Entrepreneur of the Year Award. She was a finalist recipient of the Athena Award bestowed by the Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
Mary Beth earned a J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law, a master's degree in Human Resource Management and a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Her credentials include Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR-CA) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), International Public Management Association for Human Resources senior level certified HR professional (IPMA-SCP), a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), reiki master and certified ayurveda instructor with the Deepak Chopra center in Carlsbad, California.
Mary Beth is originally from New York City and has lived in Henderson for over twenty years. Her business has been headquartered in Henderson since 2003. She is an avid traveler and shares her home with an Alaskan Klee Kai named Romeo.
