John Ramous, Senior Vice President
Harsch Investment Properties
John Ramous has been involved with commercial real estate for over 20 years. Since coming to Nevada, he has taken on the role of Senior Vice President, Regional Manager for Harsch Investment Properties’ Las Vegas Regional office, where he oversees an 8 million-square-foot portfolio of business parks and a staff of 50 employees serving more than 1,000 businesses throughout the valley.
Since moving to Las Vegas, John has been active with the Southern Nevada chapter of NAIOP, where he has been serving on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and chairs its Government Affairs Committee. He is also active with the local chapters of SIOR. He is currently a Trustee and past President for the Henderson Development Association and serves on the Board of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to moving to Nevada, he spent five years in Chicago as a portfolio manager for First Industrial Realty Trust, at the time the nation’s second largest industrial REIT. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from the University of Connecticut and currently resides in Las Vegas with his wife, Megan, and three children.
Harsch Investment Properties is headquartered in Portland, Ore., with Regional offices in Seattle, the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, San Diego and Las Vegas. It is a privately held real estate company that acquires, manages and develops properties for its own portfolio. Founded in 1950, the company currently owns and operates 130 properties in six Western states with its commercial real estate portfolio comprised of more than 21 million square feet of office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties.
