Michelle Follette is Vice President of Customer Operations and relocated to Las Vegas to join NV Energy five years ago. Michelle has worked for the parent company, Berkshire Hathaway Energy for 24 years, serving in executive roles throughout several western states. Michelle leads a department of more than 475 employees responsible for major account activities, products and services, outage management, two contact centers, billing and credit operations, metering operations, energy solutions and business technology.
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Business from Weber State University and a master’s in business from Westminster College. She’s been married to her husband Kevin for 29 years and together they enjoy movies, dining, travel, outdoor activities and the many opportunities to volunteer their time to causes important to them. She is an active member of the community, supporting charitable causes throughout Nevada, which she travels frequently. Her passions include animal advocacy, food insecurity and homeless issues. Michelle is a board member of the Las Vegas Executive Association and served as the chairperson for the NV Energy United Way campaign in 2018.
